This is just as weak as the push to extend copyright to 95 years. How easy is it going to be to contact the rights holder for obscure tracks after 50 years? And for pity’s sake, what’s the justification for 50 years at all, somewhere closer to 15 would at least be vaguely reasonable.

Pixelmator problem
Had a pretty unfortunate first experience with Pixelmator today. I’m hoping it’ll be able to replace Photoshop (and its massive pricetag) but if that’s going to happen it’ll need a working eye dropper. This thread explains the problem, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a fix in the pipeline. I’m also not convinced by the interface, the toolbar icons are...
